We were highly satisfied with all the work Igor did for us, this included supplying a new computer system and transferring all files. Updating two computers from XP to Windows 7, servicing and speeding up four other PC’s network. Igor has also set up a daily back-up system of all our files, which was bespoke to our family-run business.

He was very professional at all times, explained every step simply and not in computer jargon. It’s reassuring knowing he is only a phone call away so we have no business downtime, and what’s more his rates are very reasonable.
