A really nice guy.
Spent 2 hours, not only fixing the problem that I called him out for, went on to “Decrapify” my computer removing lots of unwanted, unused software and a host of malware/adware which had got past my security set up. Gave lots of useful information as I chatted to him and upgraded my security before leaving.
Well worth the money and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.
