got a new laptop from q v c could not set up and spoke to I T guys several times all leading to been told have to send faulty laptop back to samsung for replacement!! Was very unhappy about this so called IGS and in half an hour like magic my laptop was ready to use…… so happy will always use guy at IGS for any future problems
