Excellent service, extremely helpful and efficient. Igor completely set up our new netbook and fixed all the problems we were having with our laptop. He moved lots of old files from our old computer to our laptop and fixed them both so we could use both printers. He also comes up with lots of tips and explains things that you didn’t even know existed. He is such a polite young man always happy to help and nothing is too much trouble. He was recommended to me and I cannot recommend him highly enough. 5th October, 2011
