Great Communication, sorted fee out in advance; which creates confidence to start. Worked very diligently and speedily and sorted out our computer speed problems in no time. Also optimised our system and left us with a much better computer than when he came. Finally took time to give good advice and make sure I understood the new set up. Highly recommended.
