After suffering two days of frustration I called I.S.G. with whom I had not dealt with before and was offered a visit that same day. A pleasant and personable young man called Igor arrived within half an hour and eventually solved all my problems.He also checked over my laptop at no extra charge as well as advising me that my network was unprotected! This he fixed and gave me a lot of useful advice. I wish to say that I am the sort of person who likes to solve his own problems but in this case I was completely at a loss.I have no hesitation in recommending Igor to anyone and he will be the first person I will call if I have any problems in the future
