This is now our second appointment that we made and yet again we can’t say enough praise!!!!
The first was early this year when the entire computer needed re – installing, emails everything period and nothing was too much to ask for! The computer was even better in every way than the first purchase of the computer! Anything else we thought of was no problem to either install or be guided through at no extra cost or trouble!..
Today – the second visit. I had problems with the printer, yet again as above everything was done and more beyond the call of duty to help and resolve and sort out to again 100% + and more outcome!!!
The customer service is nothing like you could have anywhere else and I do mean that sincerely. Plus the fact that your computer gets an “M.O.T.” in itself!…
Lastly we came about the excellent service / customer care and company by having this recommended to us ourselves and they are very good regardless of your own personal experience and knowledge of computers regardless of age period and fully treated with utmost respect on this?………….
PLEASE TRY THEM YOU WON’T BE DISSATISFIED AND A LIFE LINE WHEN NEEDED FOR A ONE TO ONE HELP! 1ST RATE IN EVERY WAY AND AS A ONE OFF PRICE TOO -I’M NOT ALONE AS YOU CAN SEE! WE WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPANY OR OTHER THAN THESE IN THE FUTURE – OUTSTANDING PERIOD!!!!!………..
