Problem with our system identified on Thursday night, contacted IGS (Igor)on Friday, arranged home visit for Saturday morning, computer picked up (as our monitor had also broken) and returned to us and working by 1:00 pm with a working monitor. We could not fault the service and the knowledge of Igor and will use the company again and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
