Spent 2 hours, not only fixing the problem that I called him out for, went on to “Decrapify” my computer removing lots of unwanted, unused software and a host of malware/adware which had got past my security set up. My ‘aged’ computer crashed after some ‘nice’ person hacked into it not only totally freezing the pc but also trying to spend on my credit card. Fortunately card payments were stopped. I told a friend about the pc problems and he recommended Igor. I called him just before Christmas and left a message and he called me from when he was visiting his relatives and made an appointment. Very impressed! He arrived on time and quickly started to solve the problem with the PC which had several nasty virus’s although I did have a very well known Anti Virus software (this has now been removed! Igor sorted the problems and gave it a service which dramatically improved its speed. He also serviced my laptop which is also working much better. My ‘aged’ pc was ‘past its best’ so after discussing my exact pc requirements with him agreed on a new one. This arrived today, again on time, and he ensured all information etc was copied over the new pc. It is now much, much quicker. Great job at very competitive costs. Would highly recommend him.

We met Igor for the first time tonight (31/10/2013). He came to repair 2 computers which had crashed. He arrived early.He was longer with us than he had expected but insisted on us only paying his standard fee. In a period of about 3 hours not only did he reinstate the 2 crashed computers, he tidied them up, tuned them to run faster and in passing fixed Skype and other difficulties with an iPad. He has programmed all 3 to use our Kodak printer remotely and given us advice for the future. He is a charming and gifted young man and I hope he will take up our suggestion of visiting us every 6 months to ‘service’ the computers. He has been invaluable. I cannot commend him enough. J.D.

I stuffed up installing a WiFi repeater upstairs. Called IGS from a card thro’ my letterbox ages ago. Mr IGS was able to fit me in in the late afternoon the same day. Igor turned up when he said he would. Sorted my WiFi in no time at all. Then got stuck into my PC and a Laptop. Got rid of all sorts of junk, viruses etc. Installed better protection and gave me some very useful advice. Igor got £75 and a view of some of my glamour models pictures. This is now our second appointment that we made and yet again we can’t say enough praise!!!!
The first was early this year when the entire computer needed re – installing, emails everything period and nothing was too much to ask for! The computer was even better in every way than the first purchase of the computer! Anything else we thought of was no problem to either install or be guided through at no extra cost or trouble!..
Today – the second visit. I had problems with the printer, yet again as above everything was done and more beyond the call of duty to help and resolve and sort out to again 100% + and more outcome!!!

Having quite recently entrusted my laptop to a large national business undertaking repairs and upgrades etc. I was so disappointed with the result because after no time at all I seemed to be back to square one! A friend then recommended IGS. After speaking with Igor and giving a brief description of my concerns (slow running, virus, data recovery etc), within little over one hour he was able to restore my 4 year old HP Pavilion to as new performance. And that on Remote Support because I do not live in the Hull area. IGS is a fine example of a service organisation which appears to take a pride in the work it does, offers wonderful value for money to its clients and is, indeed, a credit to its staff.

The initial contact with igs was fantastic, a quick response to a phone call and any queries i had. I had a call out the same day which is amazing when you work from home and need your computer. Ive had nothing but problems with my computer its been so slow, ive had someone look at it and it was the same SLOW. After suffering two days of frustration I called I.S.G. with whom I had not dealt with before and was offered a visit that same day. A pleasant and personable young man called Igor arrived within half an hour and eventually solved all my problems.He also checked over my laptop at no extra charge as well as advising me that my network was unprotected! This he fixed and gave me a lot of useful advice. I wish to say that I am the sort of person who likes to solve his own problems but in this case I was completely at a loss.I have no hesitation in recommending Igor to anyone and he will be the first person I will call if I have any problems in the future

Earlier this year Igor totally sorted out my laptop explaining to me in simple terms what was needed and why. It has been great ever since. So I had no hesitation in getting him back to look at my son’s laptop when it began to play up. Excellent service, extremely helpful and efficient. Igor completely set up our new netbook and fixed all the problems we were having with our laptop. He moved lots of old files from our old computer to our laptop and fixed them both so we could use both printers. He also comes up with lots of tips and explains things that you didn’t even know existed. He is such a polite young man always happy to help and nothing is too much trouble. IGS came to fix our computer which had hard drive problems. After making light work of fixing this issue, they went on to speed up our pc and give it a new lease of life. We were so pleased and very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge. If you need someone to fix any problems on your pc, I recommend IGS as they go beyond the call of duty with friendly and great value service.
PC was running slow,not able to print(spooler problem) and Internet Explorer problems. Spoke with Igor Monday, he arrived on Tuesday and fixed everything. PC back to new. He also improved the performance of two laptops whilst he was here. He is also a great guy to deal with and is very understanding of Computer Illiterates like me. No hesitation in recommending him.

What a fantastic service.Rung Igor at dinner and he was round as promised at 4pm that same day.After 3 hours of looking at 2 poorly laptops both are now working at correct speed and all viruses etc have now gone.One of the laptops was my 11yr olds and Igor spent time with him explaining how to use his laptop to full advantage.I cannot recommend him highly enough and will definitely be recommending him to all family,friends and work colleagues

My computer got a virus this afternoon, I.G.S. came to my house within a few hours of calling, got rid of the virus, taught me a few things I didn’t know about computers, answered all the questions I had, showed me what to do to help prevent Viruses in the future and gave me helpful tips for doing college research via Google Chrome which he installed and taught me how to use.
my computer is protected and is working so much faster, very pleased!

I had been having all sorts of virus and security problems with my laptop that even computer-literate friends could not put right but Igor came the day after I phoned and sorted it all out straight away – the computer is running better than it did when I first bought it – all for just £75. For once i got lucky, i picked i.g.s out of the daily mail, and they do everything they promise, i called them in after having my desk top repaired under warranty, it was still full of probs.
After assessing it for half an hour, igor decided to take it to his work place (i thought this sounds expesive) he returned next morning.
Just a few of the jobs done: removed all partitions and made single hard drive (easier for me), optimised settings and pc (task bar, screen, memory usage, start up programs ect), installed microsoft security essential antivirus with lifetime licence.
Theres much more, but i think you realise how pleased i am with the result. Not bad for £75-00 do you think 12-07-2011

£75 Flat rate is a winner.
Really can’t recommend IGS highly enough. Took my IMac i5 to IGS recently after it died. I wasted hours on forums/google/apple support before I decided to give up and go see someone who knew what to do. IGS fitted that bill perfectly. I’ve been in IT for over a decade and have a keen sixth sense for the ol’ “oooh, it could be expensive – leave it with us to do some diagnostics”, hence decided to choose IGS for two reasons – a) he knew what he was talking about b) the flat rate. The flat rate isn’t even high, it’s surprisingly low and offers great value. Anyways, 3 hours later and my machine was fixed and ready to be picked up. It works perfectly. God only knows how much apple would’ve charged me but I’m confident that it wouldn’t have been cheaper than £75 and that would be just to look at it!
